When will this start?

it already have been 1 week since the 8 part of client is released...

when will the patch be given so we can start on...

some of the players already transferred to another server just because of the slow transaction we experience...

i am not saying this because of my own reasons its just because i am just giving information what happens to the others that expected the server to be back
