as i observe there are character that their skills are bug and there are some character that doesnt.
just like anchie and bond skill.
bond skill are working and some of anchies skill is not working just like what i post lately.
the developer can check the character of anchie just to check the bug that we encounter....

hope this report can help and more power to I-RAN........
